Here’s the latest from Snow Patrol! The band has posted a comeback single called “Called out in the dark” online. This is taken from their newest album! The song is recorded in Topanga Canyon in LA, with their producer Jacknife Lee.
The part Scottish, part Irish band has been inspired being outdoors a lot it seems. The Drummer Quinn says that it’s inspiring to be “out somewhere in the open”. He says that they wrote basically everywhere they went!
Snow Patrol has won five Meteor Ireland Music Awards and three Brit Awards nominations. So far the band has sold over ten million albums around the globe. Started off as an Indie rock band in 1994, Snow Patrol rose to fame with Final straw in 2003.
And for those of you Snow Patrol fans, the single track will be released as part of an EP on September 4!
